Not far away you can see Mount Amiata and in 30 minutes by car you can reach the sea and the wonderful seaside of the Maremma Regional Park (19,800 hectares). In front of the seaside the islands of the Archipelago Tuscan National Park: Elba, Capraia, Gorgona, Pianosa, Montecristo, Giglio and Giannutri.

An awful place after all! Joking aside, there is a great demand of houses in the area, that is why it is also a very good investment, it is possible to get a good income even renting just one apartment or to open one refreshment (bar / restaurant).
